Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Salt – 2 tablespoons
- Pepper – 1 tablespoon

- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

- Chicken broth – 2 cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Stuff the turkey with gluten-free stuffing mix and fresh herbs.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan with chopped vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
