Ingredients

- 1 loaf gluten-free bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and celery; sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine gluten-free bread, sautéed vegetables, herbs, and seasonings.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

- Add cooked sausage for extra flavor if desired.
