Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fold in mixed dried fruits.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool before serving.
