Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries for added flavor.
