A delicious and healthy gluten free blackberry cobbler chia pudding.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup gluten free oats
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add in oats and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in blackberries gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Top with additional blackberries if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
