Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. While blending, slowly add olive oil.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika on top.
  5. Serve with gluten free crackers or vegetable sticks.
