Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- While blending, slowly add olive oil.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika on top.
- Serve with gluten free crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- Adjust lemon juice for desired tanginess.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
