- Poppy seeds: 2 tablespoons (optional)
- Blueberries or raspberries: 1 cup (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by measuring and zesting lemons.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
