Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
  4. Brush the glaze over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  8. Let it rest before slicing.
