Delicious glazed chocolate donut holes that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill a donut hole pan with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze.
- Dunk each donut hole in the glaze and place on a wire rack to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add sprinkles on top of the glaze.
- Experiment with flavors by adding vanilla or espresso to the batter.
