A rich and creamy gingerbread fudge perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and crushed gingerbread cookies.
- Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or chocolate drizzle.
