Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed gingerbread cookies

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and crushed gingerbread cookies.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
