Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and molasses to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are firm.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
