- 1 large pizza dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
- Add the cooked beef evenly on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Add diced onions and pickles.
- Drizzle mustard and ketchup on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
