Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
- Add cream of tartar and continue beating.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Transfer meringue to a piping bag.
- Pipe ghost shapes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add chocolate chips for eyes.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let meringues cool inside.
