Ingredients

- 1 loaf gluten-free bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onion and celery until soft.
- Add garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed mixture, and parsley.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until moist.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use vegetable broth for a vegan option.
- Adjust herbs to your taste.
