- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Place grated potatoes in a clean cloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon mixture into the skillet, flattening it slightly.
- Fry until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with applesauce or sour cream.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Make sure the oil is hot before adding the mixture.
- You can use a food processor for quicker preparation.
