Description
A hearty German pasta salad featuring sausage and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup diced sausage
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and pickles.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sausage to taste.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
