A moist and delicious German chocolate poke cake filled with coconut and pecan frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
- In a bowl, mix coconut flakes and chopped pecans.
- Spread the coconut-pecan mixture over the cake.
- Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
