Instructions

  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

  8. In a small bowl, mix the pecans, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk.
