- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the sugar, then add the eggs one at a time.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the pecans, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Spread the topping over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
