  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix milk, 1 cup flour, melted butter, baking powder, and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the peaches in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
