Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Drain tortellini and add to the skillet.
- Toss everything together and season with salt.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
