Ingredients

- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Combine cooked quinoa with shrimp and garlic mixture.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
