Garlic parmesan steak bites served with cajun twisted pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb cajun twisted pasta
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cubed steak and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steak bites until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Cook cajun twisted pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Drain pasta and mix with cajun seasoning and butter.
  8. Serve steak bites over pasta.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Use any steak cut you prefer.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.
