Description
Garlic parmesan steak bites served with cajun twisted pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb cajun twisted pasta
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add cubed steak and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak bites until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Cook cajun twisted pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and mix with cajun seasoning and butter.
- Serve steak bites over pasta.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use any steak cut you prefer.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
