Tender steak bites tossed in garlic parmesan sauce served with cajun twisted pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces twisted pasta
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak cubes and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Sear steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Cook twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
- Toss pasta with cajun seasoning.
- Serve steak bites over cajun pasta and garnish with parsley.
