- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
