Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.

  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.

  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
