Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
