- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crunch, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
- Adjust garlic and cheese to your taste.
