Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
