Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the garlic to your taste.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
