A savory dish featuring chicken meatloaves flavored with garlic and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatloaves and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top of the meatloaves.
  6. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • You can substitute ground turkey for chicken if preferred.
