Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken in parmesan cheese.
  4. Place chicken bites on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions.
  7. In a saucepan, melt butter and add heavy cream.
  8. Stir in remaining parmesan cheese until smooth.
  9. Combine cooked pasta with the creamy sauce.
  10. Serve chicken bites over creamy rotini and garnish with parsley.
