Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup rotini pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken in parmesan cheese.
- Place chicken bites on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add heavy cream.
- Stir in remaining parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with the creamy sauce.
- Serve chicken bites over creamy rotini and garnish with parsley.

- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
