Garlic parmesan chicken bites served with creamy rotini pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup peas
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Cook rotini according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add cooked rotini and peas to the sauce and stir.
- Serve chicken bites on top of creamy rotini and garnish with parsley.

- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Feel free to add vegetables to the rotini.
