Garlic parmesan chicken bites served with creamy rotini pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Cook rotini according to package instructions.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chicken broth over medium heat.
  6. Add cooked rotini and peas to the sauce and stir.
  7. Serve chicken bites on top of creamy rotini and garnish with parsley.
