A simple and tasty garlic parmesan chicken served with roasted potatoes.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- In the same bowl, toss the halved potatoes with remaining mixture.
- Spread potatoes around chicken on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot.
