Garlic parmesan chicken and potatoes is a perfect one pan dinner that is simple and delicious.

- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on one side of a baking sheet.
- Place chicken thighs on the other side of the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over chicken and potatoes.
- Sprinkle dried parsley over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use any cut of chicken you prefer.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or carrots for more nutrition.
