Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes on one side of a baking sheet.
  4. Place chicken thighs on the other side of the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over chicken and potatoes.
