Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and parmesan cheese.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual pieces.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit piece.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
