Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual pieces.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
