Garlic Mushroom Grilled Cheese: 20-Minute Comfort Food Delight

Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich filled with garlic and mushrooms.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet.
  4. Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Remove the mushroom mixture from the skillet.
  6. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  7. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  8. Add half of the cheese on the bread.
  9. Top with the mushroom mixture and the remaining cheese.
  10. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
  11. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

  • Use your favorite type of cheese.
  • Adjust garlic quantity based on your preference.
  • Serve immediately for best taste.
