Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich filled with garlic and mushrooms.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet.
- Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Remove the mushroom mixture from the skillet.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add half of the cheese on the bread.
- Top with the mushroom mixture and the remaining cheese.
- Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Adjust garlic quantity based on your preference.
- Serve immediately for best taste.
