Ingredients

- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a long rope, then tie into a knot.
- Place knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the butter.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
