Ingredients

- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in the mixture to coat.
- On a baking sheet, arrange asparagus and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
