Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, parsley, chives, and Italian seasoning.
- Open biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal edges.
- Roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter over each ball and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can substitute herbs based on preference.
