Description
Garlic cream steak bites are tender pieces of steak cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce. They make a perfect appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak pieces and cook until browned.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Return steak to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
