Description
Garlic chili oil chicken bites served with cajun alfredo and charred zucchini twists.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons garlic chili oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 2 zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in garlic chili oil for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown.
- In a separate pot, heat heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cajun seasoning to the sauce and mix well.
- In another skillet, heat olive oil and char the zucchini twists until tender.
- Combine chicken with cajun alfredo sauce and serve with charred zucchini.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less garlic chili oil.
- Use fresh parmesan for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
