Description

Garlic cheddar biscuits are fluffy, cheesy, and packed with garlic flavor. These garlic cheese bombs are perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and parsley.
  5. In another bowl, combine milk and garlic.
  6. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
