Description
A delicious garlic butter steak served with cheesy alfredo tortellini.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 steaks
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 package cheesy alfredo tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add garlic butter.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the tortellini to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
- Slice the steaks and serve over the tortellini.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for desired steak doneness.
- Use more or less garlic butter according to taste.
- Add vegetables for a complete meal.
