Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove steak and let it rest.
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In the same skillet, add garlic butter and let it melt.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss with garlic butter.
