Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb steak, diced
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of garlic butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced steak and cook until browned.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- In the same pan, add mixed vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Push vegetables to one side, crack eggs into the pan, and scramble.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well with vegetables and eggs.
- Stir in the steak and remaining garlic butter.
- Season with black pepper and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
