Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb steak, diced
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of garlic butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced steak and cook until browned.
  3. Remove steak and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add mixed vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
  5. Push vegetables to one side, crack eggs into the pan, and scramble.
  6. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well with vegetables and eggs.
  7. Stir in the steak and remaining garlic butter.
  8. Season with black pepper and garnish with green onions.
