Description
Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and topped with a rich parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add steak bites back to the skillet and stir to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

- Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
- Adjust the garlic amount according to your taste.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or pasta.
