Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce Bliss

Description

Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and topped with a rich parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add steak bites back to the skillet and stir to coat.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
  • Adjust the garlic amount according to your taste.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables or pasta.
