Description

Garlic butter steak bites with parmesan cream sauce are tender pieces of steak cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, topped with a creamy parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add butter and let it melt.
  3. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
  8. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  9. Return steak to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  10. Serve warm.
