Description
Garlic butter steak bites are tender, juicy pieces of steak cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Flip the steak and cook for another 2-3 minutes for desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the steak back to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to check steak doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving.
