Description
A delicious garlic butter steak and potatoes skillet meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
- Add the steak and cook to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.
- Add potatoes to the skillet and cook until tender.
- Stir in garlic and remaining butter, cooking until fragrant.
- Slice the steak and return it to the skillet.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
