A delicious garlic butter chicken served with creamy parmesan rice.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add the remaining butter and garlic to the skillet, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Stir parmesan cheese into the rice before serving.
- Serve chicken over the parmesan rice and garnish with parsley.
