Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
- Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until smooth.
- Mix cooked macaroni with the Alfredo sauce.
- Add garlic butter chicken to the macaroni and stir well.
- Serve topped with crispy fried onions.
